Delivery methods
We deliver within Estonia to DPD or Omniva parcel lockers, or by DPD courier. The buyer can select the delivery method in the basket when placing an order. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer, and the relevant price is displayed alongside the delivery method.
Delivery to a DPD parcel locker in Estonia is free for orders over €100.
We dispatch in-stock goods within 2 working days after payment for the order has reached our bank account. If availability is shown as “On order”, we generally dispatch the goods within 14 calendar days. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days, and we will notify the buyer as soon as possible.
Deliveries within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
You may also collect your goods from our warehouse at Laki 30 (Building B), weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Warehouse visits are by prior appointment only.

Payment methods
Orders can be paid by bank transfer to the Online Store’s bank account (quoting the order number as the payment reference) or via bank links. The buyer can select the payment method in the basket when placing an order.
