Terms & Conditions

The online store unilite.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is owned by MobiLED Estonia OÜ (registration number 12944249), located in Salmistu, Kuusalu municipality, Harju County, Republic of Estonia.

Validity of the sales contract, product and price information

These terms of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store. Prices of products sold in the Online Store are displayed alongside the products in euros and include 22% VAT. Delivery charges are added to the price. Delivery charges depend on the buyer’s location and the delivery method selected. The delivery charge is displayed when the buyer places an order. Product information is provided alongside each product in the Online Store.

Placing an order

To order goods, add the desired products to your basket. To complete your order, fill in the required fields and select a suitable delivery method. The amount payable will then be displayed and can be paid by invoice, bank link or another payment method. The contract takes effect once the amount due has been received in the Online Store’s bank account. If the ordered goods cannot be supplied because they are out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the payment, including delivery charges, will be refunded without delay and no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be purchased from the Online Store and sent directly to the recipient’s email address after payment. Gift cards are not delivered in physical form. Gift cards cannot be returned under any circumstances. To use a gift card, enter the code supplied with it in the relevant field in the basket when placing your order.

Processing of personal data and direct marketing

All personal data obtained when orders are placed and purchases are made is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. The Online Store uses the personal data supplied by the buyer, including name, telephone number, address, email address and bank details, only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transfers personal data to transport companies solely for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has requested them by entering their email address on the website and expressing a wish to receive direct marketing messages. The buyer may unsubscribe from emailed offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us by email or following the instructions in the promotional email.

Delivery

Goods are shipped to customers in the following countries: Estonia

The buyer pays the delivery costs, and the relevant price information is displayed alongside the delivery method. Deliveries within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 2–5 working days after the sales contract takes effect. In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 30 calendar days, and the buyer will be notified as soon as possible. Customers in Tallinn may also collect their goods free of charge.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Online Store within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity. To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must not be used beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, in the same way as goods may be tested in a retail shop. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, or show signs of use or wear, the Online Store may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value of the goods. The returned product must be in its original packaging, with its original labels and all the items included when it was received. If the packaging can be opened without damaging it, the buyer must open it in this way. If protective films or other protective items attached to the product do not prevent it from being tested, they must remain in place when the goods are returned.

To return goods, send an email to unilite@mobiled.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods, unless the reason for the return is that the product does not match the order, for example an incorrect or defective product. The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide evidence that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period. Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store will refund all payments received from the buyer under the contract without delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The Online Store may withhold the refund until it has received the product back or the buyer has provided evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first. If the buyer expressly selected a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund costs exceeding those of standard delivery.

Right to submit a complaint

The Online Store is liable for any lack of conformity or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within 2 (two) years after the goods were delivered to the buyer. During the first six months after delivery, a defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, and the Online Store is responsible for disproving this presumption. If a defect becomes apparent, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by emailing: unilite@mobiled.ee or calling: +372 5015178. The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is liable, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all payments associated with the sales contract. The Online Store will respond to a consumer’s complaint in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 14 days.

Dispute resolution

If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they should email: unilite@mobiled.ee or call: +372 5015178. If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve a dispute by agreement, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Committee has jurisdiction to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The Committee reviews the buyer’s complaint free of charge. The buyer may also use the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
